Their confidence in mathematics for the next 5 years of secondary school is greatly affected by their understanding of the maths content during Year 7 and their performance in assessments. Through our Year 7 program, students build a rock-solid foundation in high school mathematics that helps set them up for success for the rest of their schooling.

Ratio & rates: Basic ratio problems and simple proportional reasoning

Algebra: Use of pronumerals, simple linear equations, substituting in expressions

Patterns & relationships: Plotting points, simple linear graphs, reading graphs

Geometry & measurement: Perimeter, area (rectangles), basic properties of shapes

Before the live class every week, students watch pre-recorded lecture material to learn the content.

This content is then applied in the live classes, where students practice the skills they have learnt. This is a more effective way of learning.
Weekly Live Class

A one hour class every week where the tutor recaps the content for the week and completes practice questions alongside students.

Active learning activities will be present throughout

Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation.
All Day Support

Online group channel on Discord where students post questions and ask for help on specific topics.
